4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

6. AI Model Licensing

AI model licensing is subject to separate licensing agreements that outline usage rights, restrictions, revenue sharing, and intellectual property ownership. Participants in the licensing program must comply with all applicable laws and the specific terms of their licensing agreement.

7. Agency Licensing Program

Participants in the agency licensing program operate under a licence granted by B MGMT PTY LTD. This licence is non-transferable and subject to compliance with our brand guidelines, ethical standards, and operational requirements as outlined in the agency licensing agreement.

8. Earnings Disclaimer

Earnings and income representations made by Exclusive Models and its associated programmes are intended to illustrate the potential for earnings through diligent application of the taught principles. These are not promises or guarantees of income. Success depends entirely on the individual's effort, skills, experience, and other factors outside the control of B MGMT PTY LTD. As with any business, there is inherent risk and no assurance that any individual will achieve significant earnings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, B MGMT PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B MGMT PTY LTD, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
